Our plan is to start with single family dwellings... our potential markets are basically Wichita, Newton, McPherson, Great Bend, Salina, Hutch, Emporia, Manhattan... that also includes all the small towns that surround these larger cities.

For example, I could get a studio apartment condo in Manhattan (with high maintenance, taxes, etc) which would rent out for high $$, or a beautiful pool home in Sarasota or Orlando FL which I could rent out by the week (or, indeed by the month too!).

Hi Cynthia...being that east Flatbush & Brownsville are totally different markets then the area's closer to Manhattan I would go with a local agent from the area. maybe even from canarsie ...the agents from Corcoran or places like parkslope Williamsburg have high end clients and won't have to many people interested in Bville or east Flatbush as those area's are still a little rough..
