Question - why do so few people know about the Augusta Rule?

I don't know Accessible CLG, but can say that we have rented to groups like this and have not had a problem.We have also rented to corporations who have people live there for only a few weeks at a time. 

People who are really determined to sell their house have undoubtedly posted about it on their social media account.

I think its because there are a lot of people pushing seller financing right now and private lending because most cannot make the numbers work on a property - so the gurus need something to be able to sell so its this is the flavor of the month. 

What I see a lot of people do is overthink it and then either stop in their tracks, or wait for years to get started due to the overwhelming data that they get on what they want to do.

Assigning contracts as a legal instrument when necessary is still fine, but not as a business practice.Gonna be interesting to see how it affects the investing community here, but I've been encouraging people to just take the title for the last couple of years knowing this ban was coming.

and the entire conventional wisdom of the 70% are there any people who don't really use it all and have found out their ways of making the numbers work Like adjusting the percentage based on the market. 

@Landon Sheveland People do fix and flips while living into the property to classify the property as primary residence and not pay any capital gain taxes. if that is your intention, don't use LLC to establish this as your LLC.If your goal is different compared to what I said above, you can use LLC.

Many people are actually cash out refinancing and LOOSING the great interest rates they have on their 1st mortgage.

As other people have mentioned, does it increase risk of being rent controlled down the road?
