Hard to discuss real estate investing with non investors.  

But, once I was able to eliminate the non sense and the outdated, and work my way thru the pointless, I was left with excellent strategies and techniques most investors don’t know about and even less utilize.

When the lender brought up the issue, he just said that he needed more backyard space for his kid and it was a non-event.

I get a non refundable $500  deposit along with copy of Drivers license.

As I understand it this neighborhood is VERY street by street so curious what the Cleveland experts would say about this area/particular block?  

Being non-TRID removes all the unnecessary, redundant paperwork and time restrictions. 

Not an expert on this but it appears YES this would be subject to UBIT and a good amount (70%).

I may be new to investing but I'm an expert when it comes to the area and surrounding markets (indeed I've had a front row seat to the growth in Florida).

You can for sure try to do it yourself, but I think the smarter option would be to have a CPA help you, as they are experts in accounting and tax.
