My fear is that quality deals and projects will never make it to the capital market place, as the market will forever be in the hands of private marketers and private hands as it too rich a pipeline to concede to the open. 

My property manager was a month late sending the rent and after calling and leaving several messages, I fired him fearing he would get another month of rent without paying me. 

My biggest fear is putting down all I have saved into this .

I personally have that "fear" of putting money so far away and rely completely on PM.Help me to overcome this fear.Thanks BP!

This is an unstable person....multiple people have said they don’t feel “safe” around her...I understand about holding them accountable, but I also have actual fears that they know where I live.
