Our family's goals are to pay off our consumer/student loan debts and have enough cash flow that I can cut back my hours (maybe to 0 hours) and travel full time in our travel trailer for a few years and then maybe go back to work but probably not.

Heh.You are of course free to use whatever lender you wish, but consider that your agent helps a dozen or more people through this process per year, whereas most consumers get one mortgage every 4 to 7 years.

Now Some are tedious and time consuming just not mentally challenging .

The way I made the numbers work is something you might consider a "lopsided" house hack where my space is a very modest 1 bed apartment/mother-in-law while the rental portion of the house is a 3/2. 

yup I googled them and they are a licensed consumer finance lender in OR WA CA NV  and they have a big warning on the front of their website saying if anyone is claiming to be with their company and ask for one dime up front to call the AG in Oregon and the AG in the state you live in and file a complaint.. 

That seems rather time consuming, as I can't seem to get a quote without the insurance company actually looking at the home.Thanks!

Incomes have barely budged, and consumer debt is increasing again.Housing prices in North Las Vegas are rising so fast that many communities are no longer affordable.

So frustrating and time consuming and painful to have to go through the damage.
