I've replace quite a few complete K&T circuits over the years & the biggest chore is the ceiling runs & finding the random metal junction boxes that reside in the ceiling joists showing shorted out burn marks. 

He didnt use them under metal furnature.

Sorry for the long title, I like to be descriptive for future searches.I'm looking to do a basic metal building strip mall type of thing... not too many units maybe as small as 2 maybe as many as 6.What is the breakdown for construction of these things?

I used folders with those metal prongs at the top, (your bank uses them as loan folders).On the left side was property information or related files to closing.

Otherwise, my HVAC company will do a full maintenance, check the condenser/coil, clean the furnace, check the ductwork, etc. - I paint every house, interior and exterior (unless the exterior is brick).

They used some time of sheet metal to construct it and then painted over it.
