Checking social media when screening tenants can be worth the effort. 

The media, courts, tenants, family and friends, feel we are just money hungry people who care nothing about our tenants but only the money.

Successful businesses are the ones that determine from the start that they will act a certain way; usually with integrity, putting the customer first, acting socially responsible, etc etc. 

I would have been way further than where I am if it wasn't for my dumbness and social media. 

We have been getting the place ready for rehab and there was significant intrusion of vegetation etc and to preserve the integrity of the roof, siding and fascia trees and vines need to be trimmed/cut.

Don’t rely on crap media like socketsite, aka suckitsite for the San Francisco market.

they NEVER call them selves wholesalers  .. wholesalers are un licensed middle men with varying degrees of knowledge from no knowledge what so ever to large vertically integrated companies with large marketing dollars buyers agents etc.
