I have a couple of funding options on the table and I’d love to hear your thoughts:Funding Approach: I have capital partners who are willing to fund 100% of the project in exchange for 50% of the profits.

Not saying there isn't money in new properties, there obviously is, but I love tearing into an old place and upgrading it.

I did that (posted the notice on the screen door and took pictures), however don't know if it's legally served. 

We plan to stay in the new primary residence for a long time because we love the location, the neighborhood, and the land.
