It will take travel and many hours on the phone to find the right team in what ever area you decide to invest.

I thought who the heck would ever pay that amount for those houses they sold 10 years before for 25k to 40k.. well today they are 2 to 4 million same house..

These condo complexes have been used as STRs since inception so there's little to no chance of that ever changing in the future making this a safe investment in terms of changing regulations.
