These scammers will go to extraordinary lengths to make the scam and unfortunately they work on a lot of people.

The feedback we received is they wish there was a way to interact with more people then the people you are sitting by.

The automations are great, I have 80% of interactions with guests and my cleaners  automated.

I have been a long-time Bigger Pockets fan (books + podcast) but never interacted with the website.

I think after each of our interactions, I gained their trust as a landlord so they were happy to work out an agreement.
