Hey, has anybody ever had any success in taking/holding other items until rent is caught up?

THe only piece that sits low is in this picture but it's still up high enough that anyone under 6' can walk under it.The new air intake and filter is upstairs.

Laminate or hardwood should be okay but if you have carpet, that might be a different story.In the grand scheme of things, I'd say there is not much additional risk in taking this family in.

To answer your question, no, I do not know any wholesalers but would certainly be interested in taking a look at off-market properties per the specifications I mentioned in my original post.

I am a full believer in taking advantage of the tax free money!  

It is by far the biggest factor in taking down the majority of newbie investors.
