Having an investor with a huge chunk of the deal or large sum of money invested, will often times have that investor inserting himself in the deal, insisting on having his opinions heard, and pushing his weight around, which will have you feeling like you work for him.There's no right or wrong, but pros and cons you'll have to weigh on your own.Good luck!

Be sure to tie it off for safety of course... and have a gutter guard insert to put into the gutter so you don't crush it, as you'll mostly be working off of the ladder it seems.

@Tony Castronovo - Normally for a hydrostatic test, which I think you were describing, the plumber uses a test ball which is inserted into the clean out to block water flow from the house.
