If you have an LLC, the accounts should be business accounts in the name of the LLC.

I'm not thinking of 'scaling' my business by becoming a 'passive investor' in someone else's business.

Try and join a few local Facebook pages and connect with locals who are in the house hacking business. 

I do not sell my model but I have a friend in the business who offers a much better model than Michael Blanks in my opinion.
