So it's the equivalent of getting a 22% per year return.It's incredibly saddened that when I was teaching between 2005 and 2014 that about 90% of the students saw the Math I was teaching, but completely ignored it because they firmly believed in the Cash Flow Now Cult Crowd.I was even told by the majority of these students that I was wrong and that it would lead to disaster.5% of the students saw through the noise.
