Once it will become too high pressure I will value my health more than the money.

It's worth it to pay someone else to help your business run efficiently and protect your mental health.

Call the building or health and safety department. 

You would certainly want protection for yourself if you are hurt and out of pocket for a number of weeks or months, but not sure what options you have outside of the standard health/medical insurance for yourself.  

Because this is an enjoyable activity for me it does not affect my health.
