Detroit is full of deals if you get out and go start finding them.I have lots of pros & cons on SFH vs duplexes, especially in the Detroit market but too much to spew out on the forums here.I get that BP can be a lot of the same stuff.

No one takes care of your stuff like you would.

If you don't have a tax professional already that you can trust and rely on to dive into the weeds on this stuff with, that is most critical to your long-term success in using the tax code to your advantage. 

And they have lots of lawyers that know about this stuff.

Good stuff here - could absolutely be right. 

Also, the GC typically (though not always) will have an in house "crew" that can do all the stuff the subs don't do much of.

Hey Brandon, Video ads work the best when it comes to stuff like this, this makes it more human for the people that are seeing it.

Make sure the unit is in their name, so if they don't move their stuff out, they are responsible for the bill.

They will have templates for this stuff and complete the promissory note and DoT for you if you use them to close on land.
