This past year (2020) we still wholesale real estate however have  began to  sublet rental units which we are trying to scale for cash flow -( just creative stuff and lease optioning  now since corona virus ).  

Their also less expensive to heat and cool - and maintain (no wood virus, no decay, no termites). 

How are Montgomery investments doing during corona virus? 

They call because the problem bothers them more than they fear the flu.

But if this virus continues to go on killing U.S. people; this will create an over-supply problem in the U.S., of houses.

Would love the opportunity to talk and meet up if I make it into Omaha sometime in the future once the virus has calmed down.

One friend had a hard drive crash that wasn't recoverable and the other had a virus that corrupted everything and wasn't fixable.To my knowledge, no large cloud based service has ever lost data for any substantial time period. 

It's to early to determine the impact of the virus.

But chemical agents, lethal viruses and shadowy terrorist networks are not easily contained.

I am anxious of not finding another renter because of this corona virus and the stay at home schooling.
