Like I said from his post it sounds like he is lost and has no one and being that he is soliciting on the net where scams run rampant (Remember the poor guy that mentors for a mere 75 bucks?)

I love it.Ryan, so what happens when I encounter a seller who's either an investor or just someone who insists on their own company or attorney since, if I'm not mistaken in FL here it's customary the seller chooses, or a buyer who's savvy and has a particular person/company they prefer?

Being a Canadian citizen without American citizenship, would I encounter any problems or restrictions when trying to invest in commercial real estate in the US?

I invest in tax liens or tax deeds because you can't get "scammed" -- the seller is the local county government and everything is transparent/public records.
