I wouldn't dream of keeping an existing mattress, or getting a used one (I believe it is illegal to sell used mattresses - Goodwill, etc. will not accept donations of used mattresses for sanitary reasons, and if Goodwill isn't going to take it, I definitely am not.  

I was an active member of BP years ago but my dreams of being a buy and hold investor were put on hold when I was burned in a business investment once I got out of the Navy.I have mostly recovered. 

So with that mentality in mind, this person may be willing to steal tools or materials from Lowe's, but would never dream of stealing from you.

I think Zillow is a fun place to browse for dream properties or to get a feeling for what it's like to live in another place.

Amazon has many reviews but it's the Verified Purchase ones that hold weight. 

While I'm sure some regional banks, credit unions, etc. will slightly differ in their weights I would imagine they all care about credit scores, net worth, DSCR, etc.  

Then it holds no weight.

I want to buy about 20 acres of raw land to build on one day. Do any of you know any banks that do this?

You can meet lots of like minded helpful people there ( not like gurus where sell you dreams but don’t teach you any actionable task)

Usually when someone offers these terms there is a boat load of risk......either an over leveraged deal or some sort of pipe dream.
