It's very easy to get distracted with one person's problem and forget someone else that really doesn't know what they are doing is not being watched.

While it would be tempting to demo for others, we really need to stay focused on the goal, and not get distracted by other "good" opportunities.  

It's not "necessary" because it's a small space, but it will make it more efficient so your A/C isn't running on high and distracting you and it should help reduce noise from outside.
