On the other hand, had you said that the foundation beams are rotting and there are a few that fallen away and the floors are uneven to the point that several doors will not close, windows can't be opened/shut, jagged cracks caused by the foundation failing  are prevalent and the roof has evidence of water intrusion then you should be concerned.

One time Quicken approved my client for $100,000 at a 4.2% but he had a great job, great income and I felt he would do better locally, I got him hooked up with a local lender that understood shift work, shut-downs etc and he got approved for $250,000 at a 2.8%, we are closing tomorrow on his home.

I listed on roomster.com but got nothing but spam and couldn't message without a paid account anyways so shut it down.Facebook doesn't have a "Room Only" property rental option that I can see so it's a 1bd/1bath house for rent and I put roommate wanted in the description.
