I'm not quite there yet, but I've taken care of the first part and I'm working on the second.I understand your point of view.however, I disagree on the laziness part.life is not just about making money , I would like to devote more of my time to my church, serve homeless, go on multiple missions to other countries.the question is, I am trying to figure out is the inflation part.

A friend of ours recommended a realtor she knew from church, so we reached out and she was an absolute God-send!

So far it's been to rent a place to the church for a former Afghan government employee & his family who escaped the Taliban last year.

I know that, for example, churches can own property, but the profits can only benefit the church.

If she did, then you should be getting email updates of the progress as proof.In the meantime, she could apply for other aid through local churches, Dept. of Family Services, or whatever else is available in your area.

Make sure you have good contact info for all those people....full name, address, phone, email, FB, IG, Linkedin....if possible Bday and Anniversary dates.....so you want all that for everyone in your phone today, in FB, IG, and Linkedin....then all the people you don't have in those places, but should like your neighbors or relatives...school friends, sport friends, frat brothers, church friends, co-workers, etc....then branch out to all the people you do business with today....dentist, doctor, car dealership, bank, starbucks, or whoever.
