They are clean and their product is kept in a separate area - think waiting room in a doctors office feel.

You want an attorney who lives and breathes lending and securities, and preferably in the state you are lending.This is not unlike finding a doctor, CPA, or any other professional.

I'd team up with a private money guy (dad, mom, brother, uncle, friend, doctor, dentist, business owner, etc) who wants more from his money than he's getting now.

It used to be a doctor's office but the inside needs to be completely gutted and redone.

I have rented to doctors and lawyers numerous times..........my experience has been good.

However, should you trust the Realtor or for that matter the Lawyer, the Doctor or the Cop on the Beat?
