I never thought my first post would be so um.... controversial. :)My reasoning isn't really about money but consistently producing a quality product for each tenant and doing so without anyone's interaction is the goal. 

Second, perhaps more controversially, considering a rental apartment a tenant's "home" also strikes me as an interesting phenomenon.

Another way, which is a bit controversial, is to post a test add on Facebook and Craigslist to see how much interest there would be in filling those vacancies.If you learn that there is demand for mobile home living in your area, you can then continue on to your analysis.

This might be a controversial opinion, since some people will say "Do what you gotta do to make money and get ahead" and I definitely see where they're coming from.
