The issue at hand is that Tom has no concern for whether or not his knowingly fraudulent and illegal methods taught to students lands the students in litigation or under arrest.

In South Florida they are arresting anyone for feeding homeless people.

Her daughter got arrested for pushing a cop.

What happened on the side of the road when you were pulled over, you weren't arrested & towed were you? 

The other was arrested 3/25 for possession.

What about minorities being arrested because counties needed labor so they would just pick people up off the streets.it wasn't until the 1970's that minorities could actually compete for a job, get fair housing, etc....so if you are correct in what you say about the banning of slavery in 1777 why did it take almost 200 years for a minority to compete for a job. . . how can you pull yourself up by the bootstraps if there's nothing to hold on to?

Under 54.1-306 a criminal warrant can/will be issued for your arrest and the issue will be investigated by the Virginia Criminal Investigation Division.EVERY STATE IN THE COUNTRY HAS VERY SIMILAR LAWS!
