I pulled the plug early & never looked back.I'm amused during the rare occasion when I'm driving in peak hour traffic.

For financing I am using the builder’s preferred lender as they will pay for closing costs.  

I am using "657 N 41st St Philadelphia, PA, 19104" as a first model. 

Amusingly, I do have potpourri, but it's probably at least 20 years old and no longer has a smell.

I am using a streamline 203K to repair the roof.
