If you got a deletion letter, or disputed the account with one of the credit agencies, then it probably was removed altogether.You should check your report again, ill bet it is still on there.Good luck

Point out that the IRS doesn't forget, doesn't sleep and that even though you won't get any money, you'll be comforted to know that they'll owe 15% of your debt to an agency that doesn't forget, or sleep, and to which the debt is NOT ERASEABLE IN BANKRUPTCY.That always got me my money.all cash
