Reference the Bexar county property, I suspect that it will have to go through the auction process before the Tax office would entertain a discount in the taxes owed.

They may still use those pools to reverse-syndicate apartment deals, but you used to have to push 50 or so investors to them before they'd entertain raising capital for you.

In our state (NC) the “standard” Offer To Purchase and Contract form (NC Bar 2-T) supports seller financing via line 1(d) entitled BY SELLER FINANCING and the accompanying Loan Assumption Addendum Note though that virtually no NC brokers will entertain a lease with option to purchase deal because the old “standard” form for this kind of transaction is no longer available from the NC Bar, NC REC, or NCAR.

I tend to pay attention to my gut feelings.I'll get into the higher price ranges eventually, but I really feel like I need some proven successes where I am before I start moving up.The room rentals are 6 month leases and they are rented mostly to adults (mid 20s through mid 50s right now).
