You don't realize that by cracking his egg for him, you are eliminating his options for cracking his own egg.Taking action at this point will look and feel very similarly to an addiction intervention.You need to be level headed (calm), clear in your thoughts to present to your brother (write them down and read them to him if necessary), and resolute.List all of the things that are unacceptable and why. 

People will always divorce, die, get laid off, have addiction problems, engage in criminal activity, or any number of things that can interrupt the performance of your investment property.

@Oscar Jacome - I got into this for financial freedom but then got so addicted to it all I found myself working 60+ hours a week and it seemed no time was a good time to take off. 

We already have our next deal in the works- another 2 units that we are going to rehab and rent :) ...everyone was right, this is addicting..... 

The potentially addicting thing about talking to people on Craigslist is that you know they want to sell.

I am getting addicted.

I am psycho addicted to this stuff now, I love talking about it and sharing what l have learned about tax deed auctions and lands available lists and the quirks you need to know so you don't miss the deals.

I think that if I have one successful deal with a flip or BRRR I'm going to become (1) addicted and (2) highly successful.  

Are these former people who have battled drug addiction and relapse?
