I don't know if this is the right place to post but if not please move to the right place...My question is I am buying a condo and I have to live in it for one year I have 3 bedrooms the property is in Las vegas so i want to rent out the other 2 rooms by the room so I am wondering if this is feasible I am looking for a Property Management company in Las Vegas would they take this on or is it a no go?

I asked this question last week. you have a great tenant.. they suffer income lapse.. you work with them and let them pay what they missed over time.. or do you take the It ain my problem I am no charity stance that is so popular with landlords on BP :) or at least it was last week when it was easy to say that.being here in Vegas this is a reality..

Our governor just shut all non essential businesses which includes casinos and restaurants etc....for thirty days.
