Some programs that stood out this year were:- HIGH LTV Medical Professional Programs.

My tenant painted only because I stood firm.

I did find David Greenes book a great resource on talking to out of state property managers but after asking the questions I never felt like there was one that stood out as a home run.

It has stood up in court too with cases decided in our favor.You can go to an attorney and pay for them to write a rental agreement for you from scratch tailored to your needs, for a lot of money.
