I am an out-of-state landlord with two properties in East Lake.

This was a black swan deal but it happened.

I am about to finish redoing one in 34482 (about 2 weeks from finishing it) and then just bought one in Lake Panasoffkee that's a flip that I need to get started on asap.

@Naomi YamasakiThe Ocean Shores development happened in the early 1960's and the developer created several canals and some lakes that are connected.

A friend and I talked about buying a big boat on Lake Texoma one year....and thankfully he was the smarter of the two of us. 

It's just outside Mountain Lakes, NJ.

The Lakes in Florida, since it is central Florida, is probably growing more modestly.  

They are very clean.I advertised “pets negotiable” because i believe:1) Pets are a very common member of stable families and vetting the pet is as possible as vetting the tenants2) As Michael Swan said in episode #238, kids can do more damage than pets and you can charge per pet(try charging per kid!)
