Unfortunately, simply urinating on the property corners does not meet the notoriety test:)  To get the idea of fencing, you might pound survey stakes in the ground every 12 or 15 feet along the road frontage, and for maybe 50 feet down the sides.

I've been hands on pounding nails, plumbing, roofing, painting, landscaping, etc on all my flips. 

I had one contractor tell me he would never agree to a contract that included a penalty and I told him to go pound sand just because I didn't like his attitude, even though I haven't used them in the past.

I use the rods as I fear without curtain rods they'll be a tenant standing on a rickety chair hanging curtains by pounding nails in the framework to hold these in place (the ONE house I did not add these the tenant use thumb tacks; I guess she didn't own a hammer).Gail
