Another thought would be Gypsy Uncorked on Kemp - great wine and beer place with happy hour from 5-6 (I think) and they have a Taco Tuesday special that is amazing.

I received a phone call from a landscaper friend/client about 1 hour after my original post and wanted to give me a heads up that he just heard from his client that they were in the process of putting together an offer to purchase the same property for their wine/tapas restaurant and that if I were still interested I better get on the horse!!! 

And from folks I knew that owned them  they liked to use the units through out the year as well you know come to wine country and have your own place to stay..
