I wanted to share some interesting data from a recent article in the Residential Resource, the monthly newsletter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Pros and Cons of Allowing Pets in Rental Properties, (Ferreira, 2024).

The list above is a good start but you are missing a few: Cicero, Hillside, Bellwood, Elmwood Park, Evergreen Park, Franklin Park, Harvey, Harwood Heights, and Westchester.  

Even if it appears your property is marketed at less than the competition, there could be something about it that makes it less desirable (busy street, near train tracks, no off street parking, run down neighbors, etc.)

There is 1 parking spot on the property and is being charged $50 a month (a tenant is paying extra for it).-  I confirmed the tax rate and took the purchase price as the base.- Any other information would be helpful.Thank you again.

Christian Park, Bean Creek, Near East, Near West, Beech Gove, Fountain Square would all be good candidates.

Alabama has the second lowest property taxes in the nation behind Hawaii. 

Site location is 15 minutes commute.Tesla’s first major investment in South Carolina, opening Distribution Facility; from Whitmire the site location is 30 minutes commute towards Greenville.Above average National Blue Ribbon Public Schools.
