Just last week The Wall Street Journal and Moody's Economics named it the best city in the US for its economy.

I keep a running journal of stuff I just happen to find.

Hedge Fund Manager John Paulson relocated there (and saved $4 Billion Dollars according to Wall Street Journal and New York Times).

In fact I think there was a big write up in the Wall Street Journal and on Marketwatch about discount brokers and Redfin how it was so much cheaper to sell a house these days because the internet has such a wide reach.  

Just read a commentary in the Wall Street Journal about the horrible landlord / tenant laws in CA.

At the very least how about watching some balanced journalism instead of the fake news on cable TV?

If you have first hand knowledge of the lender, you may know something that will help you, banking and lending journals and trade publications are a great source.USE IT OR LOSE ITThis is the one that will absolutely kill you if you're of the "pay off all your debt and close the accounts" mindset.

I also like to have a small version of the same file in my journal that I can reference each morning while I am setting my intention and targets for the day, and I try to listen to my recording from above at least once a week as well.
