they clearly have a bad track record and the eviction process can be stopped at anytime by you should they start paying....Don't waste time start asap, run it like a business....

They collect your rent, apply late fees,  deposit your monies into your bank account, market your properties, track expenses, screen your tenants, etc for just a few dollars a month per door.  

Yeah I was tracking that VA could only be used for live-in properties.

In that way, you could have the inside track to buy the property back at auction yourself or to benefit from a good sale price at auction.

I don't track the STR market closely on Big Island, but I have had clients look on that island and think you should find something there that cash flows pretty well. 

Any other gotcha'sI am looking to move from using QuickBooks and manually running ACH to a product such as this, with the added ability to track any maintenance items, etc.
