Our City Council just set tax rate for FY 2019 - According to a presentation from the city, at Round Rock’s median home value of $241,538, a homeowner would pay about $85 per month more in property taxes to the city under the new tax rate ($1,020 more annually).

;-)We have the Childrens Museum of Southeastern CT; the SE CT Council of Governments (SECCOG); a tourism group, SECTER (SE CT Enterprise Region); and a bundle of other organizations w/'southeastern CT" in their names that I won't mention lest I start to sound like Forrest Gump's friend. hahaRegardless of what you call it, there's a lot of opportunity here.

The city council has been trying to do this for a long time and has now gotten planning and the phases ironed out.
