I got the idea of a journal from the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, which I discovered by accident when I was in my twenties (pre-Internet) and regularly browsed the personal finance section of the local bookstore.

You can get it from the BP bookstore or other places like amazon. 

I don’t find a ton of value in those programs when I consider the cost of them (I am not saying they don’t have value, I just think you can get the same info from a book at the bookstore versus $5K, $10K, $20K some of these programs charge).

At the time I would go to local bookstores and read every book on investing I could get my hands on (this was before BP).

I remember it had a cool bookstore.

I know there is a tab for the BP bookstore, but I would like to hear about how certain books helped you in your personal experiences.
