Of course he do did about 12 -15 deals during that "Boom Time" and made over $450,000.00 in profit from real estate and still now has 5 or so cash flow rentals he has kept that give him a few grand also each month.So he said the bottom line is for the folks who buy an educational product and attend all the classes when they are offered and take action, most make 10 to 20 times more back in Real Estate than they paid for the education.Then there are those who can't see the forest for the tree in their face, and just try to "out hype the next guy" and sell, sell, sell to make commissions.
