It’s not a traditional wholesale deal.If I were wholesaling I would remove mobile homes from my search criteria especially in communities.

I was wondering what other softwares are out there (like maybe ListSource) that wholesalers use for lead generation?

Can you wholesale deals if the sellers rights are quit claim limited, am I able to get a warranty deed from a seller who holds a quit claim

while I 100% agree with you abut FSBO leaving money on the table especially when selling to our wholesaler friends ( I say tongue in cheek) Mr.

A wholesaler contacted me about this house they have under contract for $205,000 that they want to close on within a week for $220,000.
