Hey all,Im a local investor in Chicago and considering purchase of office space in the western suburbs that was most recently a medical office (with surgical build out). 

So my thinking was $20-$30k gives you a $517-$857k property which is pretty doable in Western Washington without going into the heart of Seattle or Bellevue.

I dont mind if it doesnt cashflow much (which is common in Western Europe) since I would buy & hold for a decade and then pull out equity or sell if its 100% paid off.Thanks in advance.
