As a listing agent, I pre-arrange a specific weekly or biweekly time window with existing tenants and arrange all showings within that timeframe, with POF/pre-approval required with offers.

I recommend documenting everything with the damage through photos, videos, etc. before cleaning up.

None of mine are cabins but are well above $200/night most weeks of the season.I’ve also lived in CT like yourself for many years.

People are doing that and working 4 hours a week because they have management in place.
