BTW, I saw 60Minutes and I was more impressed with Romney in that interview, I wish he had been specific but they got him closer than anyone else to date in the media or in his rallies, he was clearer and while I don't agree bottom line, he did make a better presentation and I can see how his base is so insistant. :)We will see if the debates can change anything, but I think it looks like BO will be taking it.

There are certainly times when showing a home before it's complete is the right thing to do (we sold 2 of past 3 houses when they were torn down to the studs), but this is the exception, not the rule.Most times, showing a house before it is fully completed will result in losing the buyer and not having a chance to recapture them (hard to change a first impression).

Okay, better question is how would someone without of ton of lending experience vet a mortgage broker, as the way I do it is in a few minutes on a phone call, sort out the BS, their answers and my impressions.....that won't help anyone.Never had the question and haven't thought about it.
