Go check and see what others are charging.I guess I have to ask what does it offer that would make people want to stay there?

I’ve been in this space for a long time, coaching and investing, and I love helping people get started.

Too many people, especially lately, are looking at section 8 as a bulletproof or superior strategy. 

My father did this in Portland on two properties, for elderly people I think.

This will cause population growth as people look for affordable places to live.What lesser-known markets are you currently researching, and what specific metrics are you using to evaluate their potential?

I'm just beginning but am considering a bigger commitment in the next five years or so by accessing some or even all retirement funds to buy a building (I'm sure people have thoughts on whether or not that is a good idea!).

I'm always down to chat to people about REI, especially in the Pittsburgh market.

Talk to the local CUs and get to know the commercial lending people.

But I think if I can get enough people on board it could work.
