I'm just a bit flabbergasted and irritated right now with the news I just received from the bank.

Irritating is people posting responses to threads in which the last post was over a year old and the topic was a time sensitive subject.Bumping a thread to me means finding an older thread with great content and wanting to revive fresh insight - this is certainly NOT irritating!

If you really get irritated at people buying outside of CA, instead of knocking them, educate them.
