It is difficult to schedule a time for the Potential tenant and the current tenant and often is after hours.

We have several different people lined up to clean ours depending on time of day and how much lead time we have.

Walkable to locally owned restaurants and the street had mostly owner occupied homes that are owned by long time owners.
