Like I have told many, there are several people who know how to make this work, and you are one of them. 

People try to say "Well it's technically a service dog, but..." 

It saddens me to see millions of people strapped to their jobs, trying to protect their holy grail 401K, until they are 60, and then start taking their "distributions", having a couple of decades left to live.

Too many people try something for a short time and are looking for the magic bullet strategy but the true winners in real estate are those that do one thing a bunch of times over a long time periodHope that helps!

I have known and worked with Matt for years.I have attended his training and hired him as a consultant.He is hands down the best at what he does.I have personally raised over $50 million for my hard money lending company.I am grateful for a lot of people who helping me with this success and Matt is at or near the top of that list.

If the applicant comes from the pool of people that I or my tenants know, I use real estate as a way to give back as many of my tenants will not qualify credit wise or may even have a criminal background or would struggle for another reason if I were to just stick to the "background/credit check" criteria. 

I did a poll of 700+ people who invested in real estate and less than 2% would want it to be tokenized.

There isn't really a lot of people looking to rent a 3500sqft house and that may translate in longer vacancies.

But many people need to consider if they are financially ready for it or not.

Also I am highly suspect of a company that would use an endorsement on their hope page of the controversial author Regina Jackson, whose claim to fame is hosting expensive workshops and writing books that claim all white people are racists.
