I would like some advice on moving forward, please go easy on me as I understand that some of the decisions I have made are not the best and I have paid for those decisions with my daily/weekly stress levels and my loan payments. 

I pass by that area daily on my route to my day job. 

They accept offers daily, review and if an offer meets their criteria (a net to HUD of some percentage of asking) the house is under contract.

I really want to tour the properties I already own as well as get to know some of the neighborhoods that I'm looking at online daily.

Maybe you should get on a daily feed from the MLS and see which deals meet your criteria with the type of financing you're talking about! 

Buy and Hold deals don't really require any special talent and could eventually provide you with positive cash flow and give you an increase in value that could allow you to retire comfortably with all of your properties managed by a property management company doing the daily management and sending you some checks every month that you can survive on and, hopefully, doing whatever you want to do. 

We travel, take daily walks together, attend church, assist at the Phoenix mission, garden, hike, keep on on the latest issues, have lunches and dinners with friends, attend family events and sit and stare at the stars. 

I turn them over to a mortgage broker I have and he either gets them financed or someone else does or they don't get financed.Well I think there might be a solid demand for private lenders interested in these mortgages and other lending opps I come across daily.

I begged for loans daily (that’s how I felt at least) and I got paid the least amount and it seemed like I was doing all the work.
