Those levels of heat could kill someone or cause a heat stroke.

As to the ethical side again, you're saying I suppose that you don't treat people the same, you base how you treat them based on your ease of communicating with them, so, you have no issue with not renting to a stroke victim who has difficulty in speaking but is still self reliant or an accident victim who can't speak due to an injury.

@Alex Medina I agree with @Chris Strokes about the appreciation play. 

She told me the owner, in his 90s, lives with her now after a stroke, and has been trying to sell his home with this agent, who told her there has been no interest, no inquiry and no showings, turned out the agent was trying to be the buyer, saying that he's willing to buy said property that no one is interested in for a deep discount. 

I can't blame him if he is not interested; different strokes...
